CLASS SCHEDULE — FALL/WINTER 2024
What: A 55 minute strength-based workout focusing on foundational strength movements. All levels, drop in class.
Where: The Atwater Club, 3505 Atwater Ave, Montreal, Quebec H3H 1Y2
When: Mondays 12 PM
Good to know: Membership to the club is not required for this class, however pre-registration is available to members only. Drop in rate for non-members is $30 per class, paid at front desk.
What: A 45 minute workout for mothers with babies. focusing on restoring the core after childbirth, and preparing for a return to regular exercise. Strength-based with a focus on building capacity in functional movement.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:30 AM
Good to know: Participants must be cleared for exercise by their doctor, and a Postpartum PARQ release form must be completed at the front desk prior to first class. Exercises can be done bodyweight, with weights, or holding baby (as needed), but this is not a “baby workout” — it’s a workout for mamas!

What: An 8 or 12-week training program for those looking for individualized support in a small group setting. Sessions are programmed and tracked for progress, nutritional support provided as desired. 3D body scan option available at beginning and end of session. One-tim registration and payment for all weeks mandatory.
