CLASS SCHEDULE — SPRING 2025
Strong & Toned Bootcamp — Mondays 12 PM & Thursdays 11 AM
What: A 55 minute strength-based workout focusing on foundational strength movements. All levels, drop in class.
Where: The Atwater Club, 3505 Atwater Ave, Montreal, Quebec H3H 1Y2
When: Mondays 12 PM
Good to know: Membership to the club is not required for this class, however pre-registration is available to members only. Drop in rate for non-members is $30 per class, paid at front desk.
Small Group Training — Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:30 PM
What: A multi-week training program for those looking for individualized support in a small group setting. Sessions are programmed and tracked for progress, nutritional support provided as desired. 3D body scan option available at beginning and end of session. One-time registration and payment for all weeks mandatory.
